When looking at successful Athletes, we see the great shape they’re in, the money, and all the fame that goes with it. What you don’t see is the hard work, the dedication, the sacrifices, the stress, and the pressure.

Because of its competitive nature, the pressure athletes are under is immense. We see someone who is in incredible shape because that is what they are paid to do, but that’s just on the outside. What about their mental strength?

75% of an athlete’s performance happens inside their head.

Far too many young athletes are suffering from anxiety and stress disorders, athletes who are much too young to be dealing with these kinds of struggles. We must create a safe space to help these athletes overcome these issues and provide them with the tools they need to perform on the highest level in order to enjoy their journey, rather than dreading it.

Physical strength will get you to the start line.
But mental strength will get you to the finish line
